CHAMPIONSHIP BULLETIN

SPORT: Girls Flag Football 

Event Date: 10/21/25

DATE APPROVED: 9/4/25

HOST SCHOOL: 

  1. #1 Seed will host the one night playoff 

  2. EBAL to secure officials 

  3. Host school AD reports score to EBAL commissioner ASAP after game 

 

ADMISSION:

  1. $15.00 Adult (multi game)

  2. $5.00 Students 

  3. NO EBAL PASSES ACCEPTED 

 

EXPENSES: 

  1. EBAL will cover the costs of officials. CCOA will bill the league. 

  2. Ticket Takers $50 per site

  3. Announcers $50 per site

  4. Trainers Costs ($50 an hour) 

 

CONCESSIONS: 

Host school to determine 

SPECTATOR INFORMATION: 

Each school is responsible to communicate spectator info to the visiting school and league. 

RULES: EBAL, NCS AND CIF RULES AND BYLAWS, NFHS

 

FORMAT

5:00pm - #1 Seed vs #4 Seed

6:30pm - #2 Seed vs #3 Seed 

8:00pm - CHAMPIONSHIP GAME (Winners of first 2 games)

EBAL tiebreakers will be used if needed to determine seeds.  

 

ANTICIPATED EXPENSES:

  1. EBAL will cover the costs of officials.  CCOA will bill the league.   

  2. ATC must be provided by host school.  ATC will receive $50/hour 

  3. All other expenses will be covered by the host school unless approved.
